Easy and practical techniques for a achieving a more relaxed and energized approach to life.
One of the best self-motivation books that I ever read. My father picked it up at an Alpine skiing workshop given by Thomas Crum. Crum is a versatile man. He’s a writer, ski professional and martial arts expert. Through personal storytelling, he introduces you to the principles of ‘centering’. A practical breathing technique that allows you to find easy and simple balance in your thoughts, life and attitude. Once you mastered it- which is easy-, it is a great tool to go to when you need a quick and easy fix to find inner peace. Or as Crum says, ‘centering is about returning home, it is a choice we can always make’. And if that isn’t enough, this book is also just fun to read with stories about monkeys stealing camera’s and finding your way back in a snowstorm.
‘We are not searching for the meaning of life; we are searching for the experience of being alive.’
